Break the Cycle: Super Health

Join me as we merge the worlds of scientific discovery and ancient wisdom around addiction. Addiction is a broad topic. In this work shop you will learn the root causes of addiction, the general impacts of addiction, the tools (kriyas, meditation, pranayama) to live a fulfilling life, and why these tools work to help you break free from the cycle of addiction.
Everything we do and are exposed to leaves an imprint. This imprint impacts the way we act, think and interact with the world around us. The thoughts turn into actions, and when the actions are repeated, they become ingrained in us, they become automated and we get stuck in a cycle. The technology of Super Health can help delete the imprints and break the cycle.
These teachings are based on an organization called Super Health, recognized world wide. Super Health is accredited in the medical field and Certifies Nurses, Counselors, and Yoga instructors in Addiction Recovery.
Please bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and cushion for your comfort. Wear lose comfortable clothing. We will be participating in breath work and kriyas. As well as sitting and listening and discussing.

Asana, postures, open the channels of the body. Leaving you feeling fresh, light, and able.
Meditation
Meditation is key to taking care of your mind. You clean your cloths, brush your teeth, exercise your muscles, but how do you care for your mind? You do this with meditation.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the science of how to balance the doshas. These doshas are every where and in everything. They are constantly being pushed and pulled by our habits.
Pranayama
Breath work directly impacts your nervous system. It is the quickest way to change your reality and re-wire your nervous system.
